Impeccably clean and fantastic place with excellent and extremely friendly staff upon request to reception staff. Extremely comfy bed in the comfort double room, plus a safe, a writing desk, and a chair.

The rooms are beautifully maintained and come with a view of the patio outside the restaurant. The minibar and Juliette balcony are nice touches. The heating is good. The location of the hotel is marvellous and unbeatable, just 2 km from Erlebnisbauernhof Gertrudenhof. The restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience and serves a great breakfast.

The venue was set in the central position short walk to all public transport, motorways, and other destinations in the area.

The room was lovely and clean, with a nice view from the window. The bathroom had nice soaps and amenities, although a hook for the bathrobe would have been useful.- The hotel offered complimentary water, which was a nice touch.- The breakfast had a good selection of rolls and refreshments, and the salad choice for starters was lovely.- The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The evening meals had limited options and the food was not always hot. As a vegetarian, there wasn't much choice for me.

Nice hotel outside Köln, next to big shopping center. Very friendly reception, small but very comfortable room, I slept very well here.

There was quite some noise from the nearby parking garage and traffic.

Hotel is a 4-star hotel, and though it is relatively old, it is in a very good shape. Rooms were wide and clean, without smelling of smoke. The Staff was friendly, and there was a free bottle of water in the room as we arrived. There were also some goodnight candies on our pillow.

Wi-fi is not free... And that could be anything from an annoyance to a major problem.

Gorgeous hotel, it has family atmosphere, and the location is perfect close to the busstation. The staff are excellent and extremely friendly, they keep the place immaculately clean. The breakfast is enjoyable with a lot of dishes.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal for us, as it was close to various activities and attractions in the area. The hotel provided top-notch service, with room amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We especially loved the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The hotel also offered a spa and wellness center, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, which added an extra touch of relaxation to our visit. The on-site car park and 24-hour reception were convenient features that made our stay even more comfortable.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Breakfast (and dinner) was too expensive especially for children - food was poor value for money

Practical room, very comfy beds, and clean bathroom. The breakfasts with 3-4 warm meals.- Marvellous location for Huerth, short walk to the center, a big shopping mall, and the restaurant where the staff were delightful, and the tea and coffee excellent.- 10 minutes' walk to Martin-Luther-King-Kirche.

Location: the hotel was so close to a very nice restaurant, the Autobahn, and a bus station. Also, the place was at a short distance from Burgtor Hermulheim. The room was decent sized and complete with a bathtub. I was offered an amazing breakfast with several different yoghurts and different types of Brötchen, as for instance.

During my stay at the hotel, I found the location to be very convenient. It was situated opposite a shopping mall, which made it easy to run errands and grab a bite to eat. The hotel also had good network coverage and fast internet speed, allowing me to work seamlessly. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.

One minor drawback I noticed was that the hotel did not have the specific room I had initially booked. However, they did their best to accommodate us by offering two separate double rooms.
